How The Floor Plan Layout Works

You provide me with your room dimensions including all the walls, windows, doors and openings, outlets, lighting fixture positions, water and waste locations (if kitchen or bathroom) and ceiling height.

Send pictures of the space and dimensions of any furnishings or appliances you will be utilizing. Include your thoughts on how you would like the space to feel and function.

You will be provided with 2 possible floor plans presented in both 2D and includes all measurements and dimensions. These will not be construction documents and are not meant to be used in that capacity. However, they can be used as a guideline for exploring possibilities.
Additional Notes:
Open concepts will be treated as two separate rooms.
Kitchen and bathrooms are excluded from this service. Please contact us for custom quotes.
